Plans
Three plans. One platform underneath.
Every plan runs the same reconciliation engine, and every plan is billed on monthly transaction volume. What the plan changes is which capabilities are switched on, how many sources you can fuse, and where the platform runs.
Foundation
For teams consolidating their first payment stack and retiring the reconciliation spreadsheet.
Priced on your transaction volume. Talk to sales to confirm your tier.
Financial Close Automation: task orchestration, sub-ledger sign-off and audit pack
Single-tenant private cloud in your region or VPC
Customer-managed encryption keys and field-level access
99.99% uptime SLA with financial credits
Named solutions architect and quarterly business review
Every plan includes unlimited users and is metered on monthly reconciled transaction volume, never on connectors, entities or seats. Sales will confirm your tier and send a written quote after a 30-minute scoping call.
Pricing model
How your price is calculated
Three things shape your number: how many transactions you reconcile, how complex your payment estate is, and where the platform runs. Users are never one of them.
Transaction volume: the meter
Reconciled transactions per month, in tiers. This is the number that moves as you grow, and the only input that is metered.
Payment complexity: the plan
How many sources you fuse, up to five, up to ten, or unlimited, and which capabilities you need switched on. That picks your plan. There is no per-connector or per-entity charge underneath it.
Deployment: where it runs
Enterprise cloud with dedicated tenancy, or single-tenant private cloud in your own region or VPC.

Capabilities
Everything included
Seven capabilities, one data model. Nothing here is a bolt-on product with its own data warehouse, its own rollout or its own invoice.
Data Fusion
Normalise processors, acquirers, banks, wallets, marketplaces and your ERP into one schema, with a 200-connector library and an API for the rest.
All plans
Transaction Reconciliation
Recon agents match order to authorisation to settlement to payout to bank line. Exceptions are routed with an owner, an age and a suggested resolution.
All plans
AI Fee Validation
Every interchange, scheme and processor fee recalculated against your contracted rates. Discrepancies arrive as an evidenced claim, ready to send.
All plans
Payment Optimization
See auth rates, decline reasons, retry yield and routing cost by processor, BIN and geography, then model the change before you make it.
All plans
Accounting Automation
Rules turn reconciled activity into journal entries and post them to NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or Workday, with a full audit trail behind every line.
Velocity · Infinity
Reporting & Analytics
Cash, cost of payments, fee leakage and exception ageing, as dashboards, scheduled exports or a direct warehouse sync.
All plans
Financial Close Automation
Close tasks, dependencies, sub-ledger sign-off and a packaged audit trail, tracked against your calendar day by day.

Need a capability from a higher plan without moving up? Ask us. Capabilities can be scoped individually.
The same three things come up in every programme review: the close gets shorter, the exceptions get smaller, and someone finds money that was quietly leaking.

Questions
Before you talk to sales
Still unresolved? Email sales@optimus.tech and a solutions engineer, not a form, will reply.
Monthly reconciled transaction volume, in tiers. That is the only metered input. Payment complexity and deployment needs decide which plan you are on, and therefore which rate card your volume tier sits against. Users, connectors, entities and API calls are never metered.
No. There is no per-connector or per-integration charge, and connecting a new processor or bank account mid-term does not change your invoice. The only limit is a plan one: Foundation fuses up to five sources, Velocity up to ten, and Infinity is unlimited. If you outgrow your plan you move up for the capability, not because you were billed for the extra connection.
Any system Optimus ingests from or writes to: a payment processor, an acquirer, a bank account, a wallet, a marketplace, a PSP report feed, or an ERP. Two entities on the same processor count as one source if they share credentials. It is a capability limit on Foundation, not a billing unit.
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, viewers and approvers. Reconciliation only works when treasury, accounting, FP&A and audit are all looking at the same numbers, so we never price in a way that discourages that.
Nothing breaks and nothing is billed retroactively. Reconciliation keeps running on every transaction. Because volume is the meter, sustained growth does eventually move you a tier, but only at renewal, and only after you have sat above the line for three consecutive months.
Median time to a first reconciled close is 14 days on Foundation and 4 to 6 weeks on Velocity, depending on ERP integration scope. Infinity deployments add time for private cloud provisioning and your security review. Implementation is scoped and quoted with your plan, and may carry a one-time fee depending on integration scope.
Yes, and most customers do. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated adjustment; your historical data, rules and mappings carry across untouched because it is the same platform underneath.
Enterprise cloud, on Foundation and Velocity, gives you a dedicated database, isolated compute and your choice of region on Optimus-managed infrastructure. Private cloud on Infinity is a fully single-tenant deployment in your own region or VPC, with customer-managed encryption keys and an independent release cadence you control.
NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday Financials, Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online, plus a generic API and flat-file option for anything else. Accounting Automation is available on Velocity and Infinity.
Yes. We run a fixed four-week proof of value on a sample of your historical data, typically one processor and one bank account, and report the match rate and fee variance we find. If the numbers do not stand up, you owe nothing.
